Team Registration 

 

This registration process is to register a team for a specific event. By successfully registering a team, you are committing, on behalf of your team, to play in the event you are registering for. Please be sure your team understands the rules and restrictions including max roster size before team registration.

 

Your team MUST have matching jerseys. It is recommended to have 2 colors (light and dark) jerseys. Tournament jerseys can be made for your team for an additional fee. Please let an FBL team member know at registration that you will need jerseys.

 

A waiver is required for EACH player before event start but not required at registration. A list of roster players and emails are due 30 days before the event.

 

After successful form submission, an FBL representative will reach out to you for payment based on your selected payment type (pay in full or non-refundable deposit). Balance (if any) will be due by the start of the event.

 

If not paid in full by event start time, a penalty will be assessed to your team for your first game. If player's waivers are not complete before game time, that specific player will not be allowed to play. Your team will be disqualified if not paid in full by your first game. No Exceptions.
